Luigi Fani

A tenor of the Rome theatres, who created the messenger in Il trovatore at the Teatro Apollo on 19 January 1853. Between 1847 and 1853 he took secondary tenor parts at the Apollo and the Teatro Argentina, among them Rodrigo in Matilde di Shabran, Federico in Stiffelio in 1851 and the page in Viscardello, as Rigoletto was billed in Rome.
