Angelo Lagomarsino

A bass, who created the herald in Otello at La Scala in Milan on 5 February 1887, and sang it again there in 1889. At La Scala he had created Giscone in Massa's Salammbò in 1886, and he was Gazella in Lucrezia Borgia in 1886-87 and the herald in Franchetti's Asrael in 1889. He had sung in Sangiorgi's Giuseppe Balsamo at the city's Teatro Dal Verme in 1873.
