Giuseppe Vecchi

A bass, who created the Marchese di Calatrava in the revised La forza del destino at La Scala in Milan in February 1869, having sung the mayor in the opera at Genoa three years earlier. In the 1860s he was Banco in Macbeth at Venice, Saint-Bris in Les Huguenots at Turin, and the Grand Chancellor in Don Carlos at the Teatro Apollo in Rome.
